Example: A certain date in a calendar box may contain brief links like these:

 

Mike- soccer game at 2pm ABC field
Mom-Girl Scouts at 4pm- XYZ School
Dad-Town Meeting 7pm Municipal Hall.
Mary- Dance Class 8pm School Gym

 

If there are away games/meetings the Calendar can link to MapQuest and store the directions in your pop up box.

 

There will be town and school dates that will already be in your calendar and additional dates can be broadcasted to your calendar as new meetings are scheduled or existing dates cancelled.

 

The calendar will even broadcast event dates to calendars on a targeted basis filtered by your interests and if you have school age children further filtered by the grade, gender, and school.

 

For example an interest group may be Soccer Association. A Calendar event may be broadcast posted to residents calendars by the soccer association to parents of 2nd and 3rd grade boys for soccer tryouts. The time and date is automatically added to that parent's calendar and the parent can remove the date if he/she wants. Coaches will be given access to automatically post all practices and games and the pop up links can contain directions for away games.

 

Your free calendar also contains all the typical town info on recycling, bulk pick-up days, tire collection, and much more. Meetings such as planning board and board of adjustment can have links to the agenda, so you can decide if you want to go.

 

The calendar will even talk! Calendar dates will have audio links targeted based upon grade and gender to tell childrens' stories! Business executives will be able to listen to master marketing professionals.

 

All calendars are password protected and do not require any personal information.
